As Lori and I sat at a rare Friday night out together alone... we talked about many things but one thing we concurred.. Heather in October will be our goal to have the biggest turnout ever... standing room on the balcony.... <br /><br />We will experiment all summer to get the cheese curds right, and weather allowing the night will end with a bonfire in the backyard... pack a sweater.... <br /><br />Dave

So I was thinking... we have this friend that makes fantastic deep fried cheese curds in one of those outside turkey fryers... and then we got a nice kudos from Norah Rendell that they loved the beer soaked hamburgers... so might just have to figure out a way to cook around your next visit... besides curds and EXPENSIVE wine, what makes Heather go yum.......?
