Für das diesjähre "Abschluss" Konzert in der Moritzbastei in Leipzig am 8.12. dürfen wir ganz besondere Gäste begrüßen: Letzte Instanz-Cellist B. Cellini mit seinem Kollegen Karl Helbig und dem Projekt Land über. Die Letzte Instanz geht am 11.12.2009 bis zum Jahresende auf Tour und Benni ist selbstverständlich dabei. Trotzdem hat er zugesagt den Abend für Agnès Milewski und Band einzuleiten. Man darf sich auf perfekt vorgetragene IndiePopSongs im Stile von Death Cab For Cutie, Moving Mountains oder Appleseed Cast freuen. http://myspace.com/pompeii Support: Grand Pocke Orchestra (Irland, Rcrd Lbl) Sie haben innerhalb eines Jahres mehr Gehörgänge und Clubeinrichtungen zerstört als manch andere Band in ihrer ganzen Karriere. Und das, obwohl man dem Grand Pocket Orchestra aus Irland kein erhöhtes Aggressionspotenzial zuschreiben würde, wenn man sich nur auf den Genuss ihrer Tonträger beschränkt. Angenehmer Gänseblümchenpop im Stile von Animal Collective ist da zu hören, den auch Notwist-Mann Mario Thaler zu schätzen weiß. We go on at 2:45 in the afternnon, yes early, and we would love to see you by daylight. And then we can see all those other bands together. What do you say? If you want to come out tonight for a festival warm-up . . . they are screening "Berlin Song" at the Ping Pong Bar on Glogauerstrasse 21 at 9:30 p.m. tonight (Friday) and afterwards Crazy for Jane and Tomi Simatupang will play some songs.
