Here my suggestions for your future book: - All information of picking: Position, type of picks, better picking exercicies, analysis of your typical fast picking runs. - How to increase and get stamina. - Tips for make good solos and music (how to use the skills). - Yours tricks to dominate the fretboard, your prefer scale patterns, arpeggio patterns, box positions... - Explain your vibrato and - How to study guitar, and practice regimen (A REAL ONE). - Tips for get signature sound. -Tips for play with a band. - How to be a better guitar player in live situations. - A extended and complete interview to you.
