The ducks are getting in line. After years of broken dreams, it's looking pretty good for me making it to the xxxmas show. I'd say better than 50-50, more like 80-20. Wow, I haven't been to Seattle since I saw PiL at the Showbox- 1981 or 1982? That was an intense show, and I'm sure this will be too, but in a fun way! I hope to see you all there, Jay in Toronto.

What Huh? The REAL Dr. Gundersen would have recognized that as a line from Don't Crush That Dwarf, Hand Me The Pliers. You'd figger a guy with a Sex With My Hat hat would know that. Hmm. Unless of course the REAL Rob was killed in a bloody car crash! (number 9 number 9 number 9) and the rest of the band - twisted mutants all - foisted this simulacrum (this flibbertigibbet, this will o' the wisp, this *sham*) on we unsuspecting fans to selfishly keep the big money gorp pump running awhile longer and not have to get real jobs. Well, you know what that is? That's shamrock.

Just heard that there's a 2-disc live Sensational Alex Harvey Band from 72-73 and thought you might be interested. Read about it on allmusic dot com - Live at the BBC (2009, Spectrum Audio label) - audio quality is supposed to be great.

I just got my copy of "What Gives?" and I'm listening to it RIGHT NOW! while I'm home for lunch. First song I put on, of course, was "Woman's Prison." Haven't heard it in almost 20 years, and it's still great.
