Hey, dear Steve! I've wrote the last days Alex Jones on MySpace that Helmut Schmidt had talked at the "Global Policy Council of the Bertelsmann-Foundation" about the Bilderberg-conferences, that they are Great and that we need such things in the future! Today I heard on the news that Home Depot violated an Employees 1 amendment rights of freedom of speech! He had a button on that said "One Nation Under God" and they fired him because he refused to remove it! Im calling a nation wide boycott of Home Depot for this clear violation of our constitutional rights as free americans. Pass the word please?

Home Depot Fired an employee for refusing to remove a button that said "One Nation Under God"! Now whether your a christian or not this is a clear violation of this persons Constitutional rights! I ask and call a nation wide Boycott on Home Depot! please repost this and spread the word that this is not tolerated for any business or government agency to violate the constitution! Home Depot Allows their employees to where buttons but since this one had God on it they told him to remove it. They fired him when he wouldn't!
1. Constitution Gives the right to freedom of speech!
2. Constitution Gives the Right to Fredom Of Religion!
Home Depot Violated both of these rights! I say boycott! People, businesses, and governments (Federal, State, and Local) Are violating peoples constitutional rights! We as free americans need to stand up for our rights and stop letting our rights be violated. If we dont start making a stand we will continue to lose our rights. Our four fathers did not lay down and give up when England came against them! So this is where we got our great nation! But we are allowing business and governments take over! The Anthem has the "Land of the Brave" words in it! We have laid down and now have become the Land Of The Wimps! So lets start by boycotting Home Depot! Make a stand for something!

NYC CAN responded by filing suit, and on September 9 the City conceded NYC CAN did in fact submit enough valid signatures to put the referendum before the voters. Now NYC CAN is battling to prove the petition is legally valid. On September 28, the referee will report on the petition's legality, and a final determination will be made in the days that follow.
 
On the eve of the referee's decision, let us take to the streets in the THOUSANDS on behalf of the families, first responders and survivors of September 11th and the 80,000 New Yorkers who signed the petition. As the climate ripens and public opinion continues to swing in favor of a new investigation, this is our opportunity to send a message like never before. If we stand together, we can make history.

Public-health officials are breathing a small sigh of relief that the H1N1 swine flu virus hasn’t mutated to become more deadly since emerging last spring. But what are the chances it will?

To find out, scientists at the CDC recently launched experiments in the agency’s labs in which they infected ferrets with both the new H1N1 virus and the highly lethal H5N1 avian flu virus to see if they might “reassort” to create a new hybrid.

The scientists want to know whether a combination of the H1N1 virus -– highly transmissible, but not terribly deadly -– and the H5N1 flu virus could create an easily transmissible, deadly scourge. The H5N1 virus has only sickened 440 people world-wide since 2003 and generally isn’t transmitted from one person to another. But it has killed 262, or about 60%, of those people, according to the World Health Organization.
