i am finding it a very interesting process. i have made good progress in the past few weeks, but i have found it pretty hard to reach points of contentment on very many things. i am getting pretty excited about seeing and hearing it completed, and pretty excited about thinking about a different group of songs!

uh, i don't when exactly it is that we are sending it out
i think it is soon, though...

the album (i assume, telafonica's) is coming along real well. most of the tracks are completely recorded and arranged, and i think that we are all quite happy with how it is shaping up.

Paid internships in berlin are basically non-existent, ESP for labels and music-related stuff, unfortunately. I'm moving to berlin with the missus in march for a couple of years. Basically we'll be living of my income so she can do her masters in arts management stuff - rent is fortunately cheap enough to make it viable...plus, she's thinking of going back to cafe werk for a bit...;)

we enjoyed the whole night a great deal. the sound guy turned out to be quite nice after his initial panicked introduction. foldback notwhithstanding, of course!

i'm looking forward to hearing the new album demos even more now - send them over! some really nice building, moving music happening.

did you manage to squeeze any money out of the manager?

give it a month or so my friend! just making some minor changes and tweaking, we are perfectionists. but you will hear about it! we intend to make a large splash when we start playing live. so planning is needed! but you will hear about it! we should play together sometime! we will have more demos up soon. just fixing my digi002 desk so we can start laying tracks down again. talk soon comrade karoshi!

greetings comrade, life is swell. you know what, i will answer your question properly...jacob is great! he is busy with year 11 and has been a bit disappointed with his pas exams (too much band practice not enough study) and my brother deanis the penis is in his final year of study at sydney doing mechanical engineering, which makes sense...he plays the drums like an effing machine. i have devoted a year of my life to earning money and buying electronic toys to forward we are volcanoes. So i am doing fantastic! i hope that answers your question and you don't think i have too much time on my hands. how is your life treating you comrade? album coming along well? looking forward to hearing it. adios!
