I had a question about my heelflip. over half the time, the board gets the rotation but my feet like karate kick and the board lands inbetween my feet what could i do to prevent this from happening

DylanDylan Burton	Aug 24, 2009 2:42 PM I need some serious help with my kickflips, I havent got that dvd yet but its on its way and it seems to be taking a long time to get here. Alright when i kickflip the usual problem is that my front foot lands off the board and sometimes before the board. Thats when i am not trying too hard to pop it but when i do try about the usual pop, the board flies up and i catch it upside down, pretty high in the air. The last thing that happens is when i do bring it back i hit the board either with my front foot or my back, please help me out i have been working on these for a year and i still haven't gotten one.
