Jeff Taylor	Jan 19, 2008 6:09 PM Some of you may know Matt Jennings as the brother of Mason Jennings but if you click on his picture on my top 8 you'll see that he writes some amazing music. The last time he came through town everyone in the audience was on the edge of their toes in anticipation of the next note he was going to play. He has such an amazing understanding of what makes a good song; structurally, lyrically, and musically. You can see the connection he has with each one of his lyrics while he's playing...it's emotional to say the least. This monday he's going to be accompanied by master bassist Matt Skates from Fort Worth, Tx. If you like music at all, or can appreciate lyrics and the writing that goes into it, you need to come out this monday at the Red Owl in Tempe, Az (University and 101). I encourage all local musicians to come join in the experience of this show...this is truly something you can't miss. p.s. We're also coming out to Los Angeles on the 23rd if you're in the area...check out Good Hurt night club on Venice BLVD.
