Tracy~♥~	Dec 10, 2009 6:05 AM Recently, the Northern Territory government announced plans to kill 3000 camels by means of aerial shooting in the township of Docker River. Thirsty and in search of water, the camels converged on the community of Docker River. Instead of assisting the community by building barriers to keep the camels out of the township and investing in long term solutions such as research into birth control or the construction of a manmade waterhole for the camels to drink from, the government are planning to herd the animals away from the town, shoot them and leave their bodies to rot. Despite the outrage of thousands of concerned people from around the world, the Northern Territory government has given the green light for the cull to go ahead and thousands of scared camels are now being annihilated by marksmen from helicopters. I'm caring for him like a sick child nearly 24 hours a day. I don't get much sleep (I'm not complaining) these days so I often forget to get back to you as I have limited computer time as well. It's not that I don't read your messages or think about what wonderful friends God has blessed me with. I truly enjoy hearing from you and love getting messages, comments and emails. I do want you to know that if I don't reply right away I will as soon as I get a chance. I love each of you dearly and thank you so much for everything. We need many, many prayers for JJ. With all that has been going on with Winston I have not gotten too many chances to be online. The weeks have really gone by fast. I praise God so much that Winston is improving and is almost back to 100%. Now we’re going through an uncertain future with JJ as he remains in ICU at the animal hospital. Please sign to demand Ariela to be released to her owner R/R This elderly lady went to hospital for surgery... Put Ariela in kennel. She had to stay 7 weeks in hosp. She paid mostly everything but 200. Ariela was not to be released. She then paid that amount, but bill went up. She paid $1,500 to kennel, now 3 months later kennel still won't release but also says she owes $2,000 now. The dog has been there over 5 months. No bath. Now has large cyst, getting bigger. The old dogs spirit is being broken living in small cage with no walks. This dog is used to being spoiled, the kennel will not even let the owner look at dog through window!!
