Hey me and Ryan are playing at Higher Grounds (formerly Moon Monkey) on December 12th at 9:00...if you and Harmony could make it down thatd be cool...of course I know that there's still probably some resentment towards them but the new guy who schedules shows is really cool (just lettin you know lol)

Hey that name for the band sounds good to me...I checked out the Nite lite site (nice rhyme) but it was under construction so I'm gonna give them a call sometime and see if we can get booked or somethin but I'll keep you updated on whats going on both musically and otherwise...I'll hopefully see you an Harmony soon.. see ya

Ha! Looks like one of my Asian girls deleted and everybody shifted over one. Fortunately for Jeremy Wilson and sadly for me (it means I haven't ever played with Bob James). I'll throw another Asian girl up there and everything will be back to normal.

(Just for reference) My favorite song by The Weepies is Gotta Have You, and Jolene is second.

I was playing Rock Band 2, two hours ago and I played the song "I Was Wrong by Social Distortion" and I thought that was a pretty cool song for a rockier song. Plus I got a 100% on it so that might have been another reason too.

I mostly like classic rock bands like Boston, The Doobie Brothers, Scorpions, Reo Speedwagon, Queen, Pink Floyd and in that nature. But I also like harder rock, folk, and easy listening too. And little Funk and Blues.

But lets see, what am I digging now... I would probably have to go with Meiko. If you haven't listened to you probably should, she has a beautiful voice.

The guy you met that was recording us is Joe Bright. He gives music theory lessons to Jake and I. I believe that I'm his only bass guitar "homes" as he calls us, because he doesn't give bass lessons. (I guess that means i'm special?)

Once you get good at playing it you can get "funkified" with all the techniques of slapping it and popping the strings, it is truly fun! Good luck with that.
