...still bewildered as to why you aren't more well known.

Haha, it takes a lot of effort to make a name for yourself in this day and age.
Though that said, simply putting new songs up on your myspace set into motion a chain of events which led to me relistening to Taking Things Apart and remembering how good it was, purchasing At Home And Unaffected from Amazon, downloading your most recent album, and contemplating the imminent purchase of Vertical Lines A, because I still haven't heard the whole thing.
Now, if I was everyone in the world, well.. err.. you'd have a pretty big fanbase. :D

Hold on a second..
"Out October 7th, 2008"?!
And I didn't know about this sooner?
Maaaaaan.
I'll download it right away, listen to it in a flurry of activity,
and donate large sums of money,
which given my not having large sums of money,
will be modest sums of money.
I am excited to do all of those things I just said.
The text you wrote about the genesis of the album has built up some expectations I feel will be met.

Hello, Mr. Decomposure.
Your music has slowly become an altogether different beast to the one that used to roam around all up in my ears.
But I like the new direction you're taking.
So that's something.
Past the Post is very catchy, very fun music.
With the album excerpts as well, you seem to have created something that isn't explicitly complex, but still has a subtle depth, just bubbling below the surface.
Altogether, nice works.
I look forward to hearing what your sound evolves into in another two years. :D

Hi friend. How's your life going?
The winter is gradually coming in Kyoto as trees shed its autumn leaves over the pavement.
I did VJ perfomance with Japanese band "PARA" and the videos shooting that uploaded.
That may have a bit defferent taste from my artworks.
Please check it, and any reply will surely please me.
Thanks.

Love what I've heard of the album so far! I also really appreciate your openness on your process, it's very refreshing, anti-pretentious, and on a practical level, could be instructive for someone else looking to make music that way.

A couple years ago I wrote you a gushy fan letter telling you how awesome I thought you were. I also suggested making an entire album based around the sound aesthetic of the track Piano and Toy Electronic Drumsticks. WHERE IS THIS ALBUM? It would be modern Mozart, contemporary classical. You'd be tripping over the converted. Not an inch of ground would be exposed.

New Decomposure album????
I'm there!!!
After getting into 'At Home And Unaffected' majorly in the last couple of months, I have finally been able to get onto myspace and make the rather rash decision of adding you..
Now I can also tell you that your music drips originality and displays a certain unique-ness that is oh-so-rare nowadays.. But you're probably sick of hearing that by now..
Oh, I love the new stuff too.
Bless you, sir..

Just got the album in the mail. Brilliant packaging, I have to say. Beautiful. I'm currently listening to it. I'm your number one fan--Well, number thirteen, apparently. I'm surprised that only that many people have purchased one.
Are these pages hand-torn? Also, I forgot to look at how the twine was tied on, and now I can't figure out how to get it back on. Help?
