A REALLY interesting "Asbury Rising" concert series show this week celebrating a bunch of stuff!
First, it's the return of Outside the Box to The Saint. These young guys tear it up in a bluesy way, and are most impressive, and are not to be missed!! This is their last show before they all go back to college for the second semester sooo dont miss it! They also spent some time in the studio over the winter break and layed down some songs, so they will be put up soon. They will have a demo CD available for everybody to enjoy!
You have to catch The Point (from Long Island, NY) who will be the 4th Annual Cabin Fever Phest's "special guest" the night that U-Melt and Juggling Suns play - they are making a special trip to the Saint just to showcase their tunes for us - if you caught them the last time, I sure hope you are returning on Thursday because you KNOW how these guys tore it up!!
Also appearing on Thursday is the Roy Hobbs Agenda featuring: Jordan Simms, Chris Pederson and Brian Gallo of the Breadbox Band...some fellow cohorts will be with them, considering that the word on the street is that a bunch of area musicians "might" be sitting in. They open the show Thursday at 8:30 PM sharp.
Indeed, an interesting mix of music and community for this Thursday's "Asbury Rising" show.
As always, the Saint is 18+ to enter, 21 to drink. Drink specials all night long including $2 12 oz. PBR's $3 Pints and $4 Pints of Peak Organic Ale from Maine.
