Just wanted to say Thanks! to all at WSVT. We came down for "GAY.S.R" and ended up just drinking and sk8'n. The burgers ruled and ZAroch's front nose,Knarley hand shovit was eye opening.

i found this online today. spread the word. if you live anywhere near ocanside, please try to make it down. forward this to anyone you know in the area.

Proposed Addition to Oceanside Zoning Ordinance Section 3005:

G. Skateboard Ramps: Any structure located on private residential
property which is used for the purpose of riding or propelling a
skateboard must meet the following guidelines:

1. The structure may not exceed 120 square feet in floor area or 30
inches in height.
2. The structure may not be located in a required rear or side yard
setback area or be located in any area between the front building line
of a residential structure and the front property line.
3. The structure may not be located within 20 feet of any residential
structure on an adjacent property.
4. The structure must be designed to minimize noise disturbance to
surrounding properties and be operated in compliance with the
provis
