When I first heard Bob Dylan's 'Turkey Chase' on 'Pat Garret and Billy the Kid' in '75, aged 18, it had a bit of a profound effect.

I had the pleasure of hearing a little girl playing fiddle at Galax
Fiddlers convention this year and thought you might like to hear the talent that is in her family as well. Vince Gill made the comment a while back of "Blood harmony" he has always wanted to find. Thanks Guys for adding me. I am a long time fan of listening to you and learning "trying" to pick up a few pointers from your styles and incorporate them into my playin. Wish I had the chance to see you in person. Really appreciate all your work from the BCH days. Still listening and learning!! I learned banjo listening to John play and I have never heard anyone play the same as he does. Great sound and hopefully one day you'll be close by and I'll get to see and listen, who knows maybe pick a tune with ya!!
