Concert For Kye.
Jill Birt, Martyn P Casey and Alsy Macdonald playing this friday the 25th at the Swan Basement, north freo, with the help from Ricky Maymi (Brian Jonestown Massacre), Shaun Corlson, Adrian Hoffman, Kevin Smith and Robbie Jajapeno playing Triffid songs. To help out our friend Kye and his family. 
The first concert on the 19th sept sold out, get down early for this one, door entry only.

When I was a kid, I really liked monsters and monster movies. So one Christmas, my mom found "Day of the Triffids" in the bargain bin and delivered this wonderous piece of cinema to my grubby little hands. I'm very pleased and relieved to discover that you guys are a much better band than that was a movie.

Alsy, "Evil" Graham and Martyn played on my first solo single "Waiting for a Change" in 1986. They were tip top musicians and lovely people. So, "Hello" again after all these 22 years.
