Thank you for playing Portland Oregon the other night! I've always wanted to see you play ever since first hearing Spine and Sensory at a party in Echo Park. You started becoming my favorite band - even more than Radiohead - Then when I discovered A Colores, (my favorite album existing on planet Earth) I was absolutely sure you were my favorite band. Then I moved up to the northwest and thought I'll never see you play.. but then you decide to tour and play my town on my BIRTHDAY!! which blew my mind. That show at the Douglas Fir Lounge will probably be my favorite live act forever. It was very intense. You are every bit as GREAT live as you are on the record. Thank you for your sincerity, passion and dedication to the purposes of art. And I talked to your bass player for awhile too, and I couldn't say enough nice things about him either. And there's more.. The new album is BRILLIANT!! BRAVO!! SALUDOS!
