Just wanted to let you know too, the new CD is here and you can get it on my profile page. Oh yeah, we have Johnny Hiland playing on this thing. The radio release is set fot late July. Once that's done we'll be adding a lot more shows. Hope to see you at one

hey hey you!! how have you been doing? i'm okay. partied alot lately .. put on some weight, which sucks! but oh well, it happens. i really need to start back at the gym. but, i did start taking these pills that my friend told me about, and i'm impressed! they helped so much with my energy, i feel soo active now, and i don't crave food all the time now, and the best part, heh ... i'm losing weight!! anyway, i don't wanna be selfish or nuttin, so here's the website that i ordered them from. i gotta run, i have more stuff to do today, but keep in touch, okay!!
