Interns will receive free training in improv, puppetry, and music, in exchange for hours worked in the box office, concessions stand, light booth, or publicity department during the month of May. If you are a theater student looking to increase your knowledge of how theaters are run or a business student that is passionate about the arts, then we’d love you to apply for one of these positions. The audience will be treated as passengers on a train, so if you feel inspired to wear overalls and play a character as you work, we would LOVE it. Christian	Aug 21, 2006 8:25 PM Supertrain Audirions: Imagine a train so enormously huge, anything could happen on it. Thats the setting of Un-Scripteds next show, SuperTrain. Well follow the adventures of the crew and passengers of this massive train as it rolls across the countryside. Who knows what theyll encounter each nightdinosaurs? A volcano? Time travel? A romantic dinner? All that is possible, and more, limited only by our imagination. Thats SuperTrain! Auditions this Sunday August 27th and Monday August 28th. Amber	Jul 31, 2006 9:37 PM Lights... Camera... Improv! Imagine a movie created from audience suggestions, completely script-free, filmed mere minutes before you see it for the first time. Our next show, The Impossible Film Project, is a series of short films that are made while the audience waits. Armed with a camera and several tapes, a director and a team of improvisers will hit Union Square this August. We need runners to deliver the tapes back to the waiting audience, then re-join the team in time to do it again! This is a very real, constructive, hands-on way to support the arts! Not into running? And we won't ever be the kind of friend that asks you to help us move our heavy superhero equipment on a Saturday afternoon, or 'forgets' our wallet in our other spandex everytime we go out for a beer, or borrows your invisible jet and brings it back smelling like wine coolers and cheap whores. Usually, we won't do that. Let's just leave it at we'll "try" not to be that kind of friend...except when it can't be avoided.
