I haven't been playing out much thanks to the studio, but I have some shows and stuff coming up. Also new shirts! What have you been doing? Hey thanksgiving, take this! A song written by my old group Bluntsworth four or five years ago. "Gravy On My Tateys" Crappy sound quality back then, ouch! The songwriting is still there though I think. What do you think, is it a new classic holiday song?

Fuerte Apache F-A	Dec 26, 2008 11:54 PM Denuncian a un grupo de rap por apología del delito El grupo musical Fuerte Apache fue denunciado por presunta "apología del delito". Según el impulsor de la demanda los temas promueven "el ejercicio de la violencia contra la policía, el robo de la propiedad privada, el uso de armas contra la sociedad y el consumo de estupefacientes". La denuncia fue presentada por el abogado José Cedrún Gutiérrez, quien acusó a la banda de desarrollar actitudes "con un evidente conocimiento de la naturaleza delictiva de esos hechos". "Lo terrible es que la contracultura ya está instalada, para Fuerte Apache es completamente normal, lógico y ético proceder según los principios de esa contracultura. ¡Matar a la yuta está bien!", recalcó en la presentación, la cual quedó radicada en el Juzgado Correccional N° 12, a cargo de Raúl García. En su denuncia, el letrado criticó que "la Justicia parece impávida ante semejantes hechos" y acusó a "los fiscales y los políticos de turno" que "no se han enterado de lo que pasa en las villas que pululan en la ciudad y en el conurbano, y tampoco se enteran que allí radica uno de los principales focos delictivos que quebrantan la falta de seguridad de la que tanto se habla". Además, mencionó algunos de los títulos que el grupo Fuerte Apache le pone a sus canciones: Agarren Sus Pistolas, Te Hacés El Súper Policía, Yo Pego, El Lado Criminal, La Voz De Los Criminales y Yo Soy Un Loco, entre otros. Ahora, el magistrado deberá evaluar si las letras de las canciones del grupo constituyen una "apología del delito", para el cual el Código Penal fija penas de entre un mes y un año de cárcel.
