Hahah...yea i stopped lifting up until a month ago...so like a 7 month break i think...when you left i was 205lbs...im sitting at 220lbs now...jacked haha and i do the stair climber after everytime i lift...getting cut up. Hope college is everything i hear it is. Hows life treating you? Miss ya man, come visit sometime.
