Hi, Thanks for adding me as a friend on myspace.  I've been a fan of Bill  Nelson's music since the seventies and consider Bebop Deluxe to be the most underrrated group of that era.  I also like Bill's solo material and wnet to hear him live at the Pacific Road Theatre in Birkenhead four years ago.  I hope that you may find time to listen to some of my material.  Best wishes.  Will.

as close as ill ever get to the Be Bop Deluxe ear Bill Nelson setup ! ha ha ! I still play BeBop Deluxe  on my radiuo show ! matter of fact I got some songs programmed for 2 night ! Love your music CHINGOS  Bill ! I always read your Villa Nelsonica its great ! I dont know how to get a hold of you for an interview..but its ok..the kids here on the border still groove to BeBop on my radio show and thats all i care about ! Long Live BeBop Deluxe..!  I love alot of your solo stuff but i dont have all of it ....maybe some day ...

There is nothing I love more than turning young musicians onto Bill Nelson,  I've seen Bill a few times in Boston and Pawtucket (with the Tubes) and  once with his Red Noise config at "Spit" in Boston as well.  Many a man would travel great distances to see him Stateside.  I recently purchase and have been wearing a Modern Music tee shirt around my hometown (Newport, RI) It ALWAYS gets at least one great response. We're still out here Bill.

I'm just one of so many guitarists who was mesmerized by Bill's brilliance growing up.
I was fortunate enough to see him twice. He is in a category with so few others.
A true master. He will always be one of my all time favorites. And any time I want to be humbled, I just try to keep up with him on the Live In The Air Age disc. I have the slight sense that he doesn't realize what he mans to so many musicians who have heard him. If only he would do a small american tour again. He is to put it simply  "The Man"!

very kool thing happened today i went to Copz Lounge in Harlingen Texas and to my surprize i found all the BeBop Deluxe cd's in the juke box  Yay!!!!!!!!!!!! i was so friggin happy..! life is good !   needless to say i played Ships in The Night and all the Metal Heads in the joint stopped to listen and smile..people know a good song when they here it ! man was i happy..!
