I so miss you guys...guess you are no longer playing @ the Cherokee Casinos? :( it's okay...I'll go to River Spirit just to see you guys!! I immediately got such a backlash of people complaining about the blasphemy of my using messiah in my moniker, people who never took the time to ever bother to look beyond their own ignorance, ( it's 2 words ~ if I was the dog-walking messiah, maybe they wouldda put 'em together ~ especially if they lived in New York City, & were tired of picking up their own dog's crap !!!!) or even bother to get to know what I was about.
I'm no shrinking violet. I was there to promote my music. I liked the attention. No matter what initial misconceptions they may have about me as a person (after all ~ it's just a stage persona) ~ I figure the music is going to win them over in the end.
