Its a dude, his wife and daughter they're only like 20something though... and also his brother and gf... they're renting the upstairs... and doing all the renovations for free... and then buying it when I move...

in less than one day they've already tore up all the carpet upstairs and replaced it...

let me know when you are out here, I'm in BC all the time for work so maybe we could meet up and ride. I've already been out this season, sunshine opened last week, amazing! I was only out at the boat twice this summer, just because I'm out here, but I never saw Josh, he must be big because Sam is huge too! have a great day...xo
