There are great health & mind benefits too! Some great videos were created by the Monroe Institute for consciousness studies, called "Hemi-Sync" (click here for description) to match our brainwaves to the great sleep/meditative frequencies, here r samples on youtube: BrainSync - Theta Wave w/ Fractals Theta + Delta Pulse w/ Fractals BrainSync - Delta Induction w/ Fractals i love it, it helped me with my insomnia! The fractals are amazing and treatment is best when used with speaker headphones.
