Ah badtimes.


18th? im pretty sure i have a gig myself but im not 100% sure. Its one of those things where that date is stuck in my head for some reason.... Definitely see what i can do though!

4 new tacks or have you tightened up present tunes?

My band are recording on Monday, not an EP or anything just songs so we can get a myspace up and running and hopefully get them out to some clubs in glasgow so we can start playing there.

Busted, haha, now there's a band and a half. Nah, Fightstar were okay.. I suppose, but all I could think was 'Play Year 3000, play Year 3000!'.


Haha, I will. A shameless plug, but a smooth one nonetheless.


I wish I could be there! I left Yashin so many messages about coming up to Thurso after Flood of Red, then I find out that they've finally decided to do it.. when I'm in Manchester seeing Underoath and Thursday. Bad times. I'm planning their show in Glasgow at the end of the month to make up for it though.


Ach well, have a good week recording and I guess I'll see you guys play on Friday.

I expect to hear some new songs, haha.

Oh, yeah. I went for Circa mainly, but I quite liked Coheed. I think when I went to that show it was one of my first gigs, and he just laughed at me because I was quite amazed at the concept of moshpits and stagedives at this point. I would've loved to see them play in Tuts, but the new record is due out this year, right? So I'll get my chance.


That's cool. Good luck to you guys, and I'm sure your stuff will sound immense.

Oh, wow, how's the recording going?
Should be good. I've seen Twin a few times before, so I've already had a few words about them coming up a bit further North on the next tour, when their album drops.

Maybe when they see what shining talent we have up North? Haha.


I have heard Circa Surive though, I'm just a huge fan of his solo stuff. I saw Circa play around this time last year, and they blew me away. For the record, Anthony Green is a really nice guy.
