Death of an Angel

You have surely heard about the tragic death of a
brave young woman who was murdered in Iran
just for peacefully protesting with her father
on the streets of Teheran.

Her Name was Neda - please remember her.

Hi Mitali--my library has your second book (White House Rules) but not its prequel (Extreme American Makeover). Is it necessary to read the first book before the second, or would I be able to figure things out ok?

Jan 11, 2008 4:13 AM

I think that you may be confusing me for somebody else. I'm Alexia, one of the postergirlz for the readergirlz. I think I know of whom you are talking about, but that person is definitely not me. :)

I'm sure that the other person, I think her blog is justdandily, would be just as happy to meet you as I am.

I think the confusion was in "Georgia" and that's entirely my mistake. I was making a reference to my favorite book "Gone With the Wind," while I'm not entirely sure why her blog has Georgia written on it.

It was quite amusing when I first read your message because I realized in a millesecond exactly what I did wrong. :)

Mitali,
I just finished reading first First Daughter and I loved it! I cannot wait to read about the rest of Sameera's adventures. She demonstrates maturity beyond her years. I especially loved the passage at Uncle Muhammads.

Keep on Writing!
