At one point, I was drinking 6-7 cans of caffeinated soda per day. A cup of coffee did nothing for me. I tried that 5 Hour Energy stuff, too. I was always looking for something that would wake me up. I haven't been doing the caffeine thing so much since I started getting horrible headaches when I would go without for a few hours. So bad! Now, just one reg. cup of coffee picks me up, but I feel it when I come down. Caffeine = bad.

You sure have been quiet these past few days. Hope that means you're getting out and enjoying the beautiful weather this weekend. Especially yesterday... Unbelievable!! Anyways, I thought I would say hello. I visited with Josh the other day. (Something I don't do nearly enough.) He sure does impress me. And on the guitar!?! Wow! Just wanted to say thanks for the words of wisdom you shared. =) I do appreciate it! Even after 12 1/2 years of marriage & 14 1/2 years together I still feel new at this. Haha!
