OK so here is the deal. I will be home on tuesday night, the Joga regimen will begin promptly Wednesday. You see i figure since Turkey Day is on Thursday and we will all spend the majority of the day getting FAT we should employ a strict Joga weight loss regimen before and after Turkey Day.

Joga will begin Wednesday at first possible opportunity. We will take the day off on Thursday to eat food. Back on again on Friday to work off Turky. Finishing off with a solid session on Saturday because Lord knows it will take more than one day to work off the Turkey.

Troy! nice to hear from you. I will be home not this weekend but next. APU is going great...im a bit stressed with work, school, ra, and soccer. We have won our first two practice games and have our first league game Sunday.
