Well guys, be proud. I had an episode of freaking out over the sorry-ass state of modern music (hip hop to metal and everything in between) a while back and ditched all my profile music. The first song on my profile since (sans the vid of Dystopia and a prior one of the Seatbelts) is The Heat.

There we go. Your biggest fan has spoken: The Heat is the finest example of modern music from any genre ever. End of story. It's that good.

By the way... you guys are getting a label, I'll probably manage to get a label for my music, so like... we could tour together. A thrash metal band touring with a hip hop act. Sounds about right to me. Would be THRILLING!

The Standard iz one of the 10 best concept albums in Hip HOp history.

It was an genius move to take something as ordinary as a gas station/tune up shop and use it as vehicle to analyze society & everyday life as a whole. People go there to get fuel, to fill a temporary hunger, to get directions, and to get things fixed, Not to mention you're bombarded with the products that you sell. - All great allegories. On top of that you have people comin' from all walks of life from crack heads to boring middle class people to rich assholes.
