Hi,

I noticed that you responded yes to my invitation to see the free Alexa Ray Joel show at the Wolf Den inside the Mohegan.

If you do come, please come early to ensure you get a seat inside. You can see it and I believe sit outside, but it's better from in than out. I'd like my friends to get inside. It starts at 11pm, but if you stop by around 9:30 and just check out the door and line situation, that will help.

Three Tall Pines is a traditional music co-op with roots running deep in the folk and bluegrass genres. Dan Bourdeau, Joe Lurgio, Gian Pangaro and Emily Rideout make up this harmonic co-op and play to the classic sounds of mandolin, acoustic flattop, fiddle and upright bass. Their music is influenced from singer songwriters from Gillian Welch, Bob Dylan, and Jimmy Rogers to the bluegrass styles of Bill Monroe and Ralph Stanley and the Scottish fiddling of Bonnie Rideout. WHAT A GREAT WEEKEND. SAT I PLAYED MY FIRST SOLO CONCERT IN THE AM TO A VERY RECEPTIVE AUDIENCE AND THEN IN THE PM WE(N.S.P.) PLAYED PROBABLY OUR BEST SHOW YET. WHAT A GREAT FEELING.
