Hello friend!

I am so glad that you support FacesForACure and are one of my friends. Together I know that we will band together, unite our community and do wonderful things to help heal those with cancer.

Also, whether you are a mother or have plans for your mother this weekend, I would like to personally wish you a Happy Mother's Day weekend, and hope your special day for yourself or your mother is absolutely fantastic, I know I have a special day planned for Mom.

What can you do to support facesforacure.com further?

Check out <a href="http://www.facesforacure.com">FacesForACure.Com</a> and consider adding to the digital mosaic that I am working diligently to fill up completely. The wall stands for strength, motivation and inspiration to aid the healing of the millions of cancer fighters out there.

When the wall is full, half of the proceeds will go straight to Cancer Research to help aid the discovery of the cure. At that point, another wall will be opened up so we can continue to create a visual of our strong community.

The Youth Cancer Trust provides free, fun-packed holidays in Bournemouth (UK) for young people between the ages of 14 and 25 who are living in the United Kingdom or are patients of hospitals in the UK and are suffering from cancer or any malignant disease. Each youngster can be accompanied by a sibling or a friend. The choice of activities range from go-karting, horse riding, water sports, trip on a Sunseeker yacht, etc…..

We are about to start taking bookings for 2007 so if you know of anyone who would like a holiday or if you are a cancer related organisation and are in touch with young cancer patients - please get in touch @ myspace.com/youthcancertrust.

We accommodate groups of 8 each week. If you want to get your own group together of friends then we can help you do that. We will also pay for your transport to and from Bournemouth.

Please spread the word. Help us bring a sense of normality into the lives of young cancer patients.

My friends mother died from breast cancer, and so did my mother's best friend...i think it has affected everyone in one way or another. I like what you guys are doing though- it's great & it will truly make a difference. I wish you guys the best of luck :)

KEEP A BREAST Call for Photographs

We have a special request from our supporters. We need photographs of you and the person close to you who has been diagnosed with breast cancer (your, mom, sister, aunt, friend, grandma, you get the
picture...). We will use these photographs in a public service announcement that will air in October on Fuel tv. Please include your name, the name of your loved one, and the year they were diagnosed with
breast cancer.

Here is one of me and my mom who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1989. She was 9 years free of cancer and got it back in the same breast were she had a mastectomy. She has been Cancer free for 8 years now. I love you mom!
