Whfr is doing its once a year fund raiser for operating cost. however this year the station needs even more money to replace its transmitor tower's guy Wires. The Guy wires are what hold the antena in the air and keep it from crashing to the grown in the event of a strong wind.

Well those wires are rusted and need to be replaced. the cost of replacing the wires is over and beyond our normal operating costs.

So this message goes out to all the Local bands who recieve support from 89.3fm WHFR dearborn.

Please give the Whfr your finacial support.
