The Danger / Microsoft team is continuing to work around the clock on the data restoration process. We apologize that this is taking so long, but we want to make sure we are doing everything possible to maintain the integrity of your data.

We continue to make steady progress, and we hope to be able to begin restoring personal contacts for affected users this week, with the remainder of the content (photographs, notes, to-do-lists, marketplace data, and high scores) shortly thereafter.

my sidekick lx 09 E-mail, web broswer and text messages are fine still work... one things my address books and bookmark (web broswer save) and notes are blank. also catalog not work to open.. i hope restore data back as soon.

I'm sorry but I demand an upgrade. My contacts are permanently gone, my internet JUST shut down, my apps aren't working and so is my aim, I can't call or text anyone if I don't have their numbers so this sidekick is practically useless. I DEMAND a new phone. And I'm tired of calling and putting me on hold for forever only to hear them say sorry.

I have my contacts back I can log in myspace facebook twitter and photobucket I got my email back on but I can't get on the internet I had it on monday night I turn my phone off and when I turned it back on tues morning I couldn't get on the internet

you should be fine as long as u didnt turn off your phone or take out ur battery,anything u added before the problem occured should come back once everything is restored.u shouldnt have any problems.im still waiting on my contacts and notes and picture email to be restored.

All the information should come back once they fully fix the problem,all your information on your sidekick is stored on a backup file but anything new may be erased that u put on your kick

Hey Play is for Pleasure,

I had the same thing happen to me yesterday. I would sign in but it would take forever. It finally went in at about 9:30pm. The only thing that I can recomend to you is to keep waiting untill it lets you sign in. I have browser service back but the contacts are still gone. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible. This kind of network loss is really starting to make me nervous.
