i was right in the middle of the kid and some dude at burnside when he was talking about the kids mom.


but forreal, the movie wasnt that good.
i'm sorry to be a critic.
could have had more skating and better acting

Your film put me in a trance.The kind of trance one gets when they are fulled submerged in the film.Beautiful imagery and I totally could relate to that kid.The intelligent loner with morals beyond his age despite what he did and what is being done to him.

"hey did anyone else see gus van sant himself at the open casting calls?? idk about you guys but uuh.... I DID!!!
no i was in the bathroom and i was at the sink and then this guy walked in, and before going to the auditions i had looked up stuff on gus van sant, and i noticed immediately that this man looked like him. dark combedback hair, gray around the ears, and a number of freckles on his face, and i didn't think it was actually him, so i just smiled and walked out.
BUT THEN after the auditions, me and the friend i had gone with went to downtown portland and were walking around, and we were at that Jake's Bar and Grill cus we were gonna eat there (but it was like a 40 minute wait) so we were leaving and sitting at a table outside with another guy was THAT SAME GUY FROM THE BATHROOM, and this time i really recognized him and i was llike "holy crap that is van sant RIGHT THERE!!!". i din't say anything to him, haha i just smiled again.
but i went home and looked up pics of him (yeahcus you know how i'm a stalker) just to make sure it was actually van sant and it was definately him.
that is SOOO TIGHT! maybe one of the reasons i saw him at the auditions though was cus i went really late, it was about 630 at the time and almost noone was there.
i saw the man at the auditions plus downtown in the same day. jeesus that is sweet.
.....and none of you care probly but.. i wanted to tell the storyneways"

he said he wanted to hear my voice
