High! Pablo here, reporting from Inner Space to wish you a great 2009! (we interrupt this comment with a brief announcement):
The New Psychedelic Masterpiece "Take Two" Is Here! (16 tracks of sugar coated insanity) Hear 4 new songs!
(P.S. the new album is best appreciated on a higher plane....;))

Hi Skidoo
four new songs of well know smoothness and strong musicality.
Love very much Deep Field Pizza (nice weired title): nice intro and then you push the pedal - very good!
Lotta cheers and respect for the new
tracks!

'bout ye S...
The Empire is such a beautiful place to play... It was Dark Funk. Bells ringing, Ian Paisley speeches, 10/8 timings, French Horn mic'd through a Chaos Pad, Two Apple Macs, Aramaic lyrics... y'know, the usual Belfast band playing a gig :-)
You are always in my thoughts.

The Unknown...
As we know there are known knowns.
There are things we know we know.
We also know there are known unknowns.
That is to say we know there are some things we do not know.
But there are also unknown unknowns, the ones we don't know we don't know.

Yes and no. The hands playing the real mellotron on the inside of my RPM album are indeed mine, but that photo wasn't from these sessions. (That 'tron belongs to Fort Apache studios in Cambridge, MA.)
I used M-Tron on the new album... Samples of a mellotron playing tape recordings of actual instruments: sort of like one of those pictures inside of a picture inside of a picture inside of (etc.)
