Senator Edwards, thank you for not getting down to their level at the debate last night. Their behavior was absurd.

John - I just want to say CONGRATS on the S.C. Debate. That was class and professionalism at it's highest. You dealt with the important issues, laid out your plans and were very constructive. Thank you. Good Luck and Keep up the great fight!!!

I was so excited to hear your message in person in OKC last Friday, and to see you draw the debates back to the issues last night was wonderful. Keep working hard to make the changes America needs! Thanks John!

Thank you again, John, for demonstrating that you are focused on the issues at hand. The dignity, integrity, class, intelligence, and maturity with which you conducted yourself amongst the schoolyard-style bickering in the debate was not unnoticed. Sometimes it seems to take a rather herculean effort to assist others in paradigm shifting beyond the status quo. We believe in you, as you believe in us. Never quit. You have our votes & support. It's a marvelous opportunity for America to wake up and become self-empowered again w/your assistance.
Blessings and Peace to you and your family and entire team,
Mari Tankenoff and Scott Berger

After reading about the role the media plays in creating Star Politicians, I am wondering how we can help get John in the Media more often. Would a wrtting campaign to newspaper editors similar to events Moveon.org organizes work in pressuring the media to report on all the candidates? I really believe in John's message and feel he is the only one who will completely stand against corporate injustices on all fronts.

Great Job!! I love that you brought up NAFTA and CAFTA. I live in a small southern community which has been devastated by these policies. Corporations have more rights in this country than people do and that is the big CHANGE I want to see, not a physical change.

i am sorely disappointed in the media's coverage of John but who isn't. A different kind of movement calls for a different kind of coverage. My group would like to bombard our media outlets in MA, which is always left out, with letter to the editors, press releases etc. SEIU in MA, the largest union, is endorsing John. That counts for something! WHAT ARE YOUR SUGGESTIONS for talking points??
GO JOHN!

Great job last night. I was undecided, but now I know you're the best candidate to lead this country out of the darkness.

Once AGAIN Hilary and Obama waste the debate arguing over nothing and avoiding the issues, and John Edwards is the ONLY person to stand up and answer the questions honestly and with evidence. This man is the only person that is showing me the integrity and charisma to stand up and represent all of us. Like he said today "this is about the people we represent!"
(; That was Easy ;)

JOHN EDWARDS was so awesome in the debates tonight! Thanks for speaking the truth to power John. That's what makes you different than the other two candidates. You stand up there and you tell the truth. I wish that counted so much more than it does sometimes.

Great Job in SC tonight! I'm proud to support a candidate who can stick to issues and not get caught up in personal attacks and childish behavior! You are right what happened tonight did nothing to help my family and did nothing to help my country! I am doing and will continue to do whatever I can to help you get elected! You are the candidate for change and the candidate offering hope. Good luck!

John Congratulations on a very strong debate in SC tonight!!! You kicked both HRC and O and made your presence known. Let's keep up the strong attack and articulation of your positions on the issues. America needs to hear the truth and elect a true leader for all the people!

Good job with the SC Debate Mr. Edwards!!! Continue to show the leadership skills and remember that we are depending on you to continue to fight for us!!! We have all witnessed what a celebrity canidate in the White House brings (Pres. Regan and Pres Bush), and so we must make sure not to have Hillary or Barack in the White House so that we don't have 4 more years of bad and incomplete ideas!!!
Time to get busy

I can't wait to have it narrowed to just one, because all of this negativity in the democratic party hurts my heart. I know that it is naive, but if all of the candidates were more concerned with the party than the election, things would work themselves out. I just hope that we don't give the republicans any ammo with this bickering

I have been watching the Dem. debate this evening...I have heard Senator Clinton fuss and use her ugly attitude to bash Senator Obama...However, on the flip side, he too has been ugly, as well as attacking.
I'm proud that Senator Edwards has taken the high ground and stayed out of their childish bickering. He has shown sound, clear judgement and has been able to show his that he is clearly the correct choice, the only choice, to lead this country back to where we were.
Hope to be able to hear you speak in the Tampa area. Please do not boycott FL. The "others" are here and its SCARY.

Thank you, for being a man of integrity & hope for this country. Your campaign stands out from the rest. Obama & Clinton are to busy fighting over what the other person said and not telling us what they will do. Thanks for not lower yourself to there level. You have all my support. We Will Win!!!

go john edwards!
you can win south carolina.
but i have to say I am a bit upset.
you can register to win tickets in a lottery for the democratic debates in california. Since I live close to LA (san diego), I decided I'd register for my dad and I. After I did this, I noticed the age requirement. Why exactly would you have to be 18? Is it because they don't want parents to bring their children who might create a ruckus. Well, this made me so upset considering I'm 14.

To surge ahead you have to make some changes sort of like Arnold did in California when he lost support. I think you have to take a more agressive stance against illegal immigration.I know you are a very nice Christian man these people are here illegally are takeing benefits and workfrom the poor and the middle class .Not only are they being victiimzed they are destroying the quality of life here for the people you want to vote for you and you wont make a stand. For me to buy health insurance its a t least 200 a month with a 5 k deductable. You talking a major payroll tax hike and my question is, where do you expect me to get it when I am all ready financially drowning?.

We live in a representative democracy. The founding fathers assumed that as constituents and voters we would have opinions about how America should act as a community and country and that we would find representatives to represent our views in government. I find the current nomination process to be mean-spirited and demeaning - almost anti-democratic. I have read Hilary's policies; I have read Obama's policies; I have read Edward's policies. I have also spent some time reading the unbelievably idiotic proposed tax-cuts that the Republican candidates all support and which could ultimately ruin our great nation. I find that John Edwards represents my views most closely: he's going to fight against the corporate greed and corruption that has caused great disparities between classes, he's going to get us out of Iraq as intelligently as possible, he's going to re-establish our relationships and reputation with other countries, and he's going to help get America back on its feet again before its too late. In anything you do I'll support you, Mister Edwards. Thank you very much for representing my views in our government. Ira Israel
