Thanks for the add!
At Redefining Progress we are dedicated to finding solutions to our current climate situation by creating a sustainable economic model that balances economic well-being, environmental preservation, and social justice.

As the nation's leading public policy think tank dedicated to smart economics, we work with other government and advocacy groups to inject ground breaking ideas into public dialogue, policy discourse, and decision making in non-partisan ways.

Thanks for adding me. ¶ People hear only what they want, so facts alone won't wake them; they need inspiration too. ¶ This world's evils have a common root: Bullies, liars, thieves, & murderers — in market, government, or elsewhere — believe we're all separate, motivated only by self-interest, greed, fear. They want us to share that belief. They use it to justify themselves, to keep us apart, to shape the world's political & economic systems, perpetuating war & poverty. Their power comes not so much from cabals as from incessant propaganda that we hardly notice, implicit in the background assumptions of television & newspapers. ¶ But you & I have found a better light inside ourselves & our friends. It's in everyone, if we can just wake them; we're all one flesh & blood. Let's spread that vision, for until we do our other advances will be minor & temporary. Theists and atheists alike, let us sing of our siblinghood. Peace and communication are one subject, not two, and no one can know that subject perfectly until we all do. ¶ The outcome of the ideological struggle is not yet determined, so no one can afford to be just a spectator. Join the movement, if you haven't already: get involved in whatever way feels right for you. We must all learn from one another; each of us knows only part of the song. Question authority. Keep fighting, loving, hoping, singing. Hand in hand, we may still be able to heal this world. ¶ The flag of the USA, once a symbol of democracy & freedom, has now come to stand for plutocracy, consumerism, imperialism. Small flags are being sold in grocery stores, in anticipation of July 4. I'll wear mine upside down. ¶ Peace, love, hope, revolution. More details on my web page.

Thank you for the add! We are excited to have linked up with you because the grassroots process is how we came to be. We feel that the best change is the change that comes from within the groups and areas that need it - this is how and when things really move. Cheers to you and everyone that has figured this out and keep up the good work!

Washington Transcripts (What is really being said in DC)

Of course I’m backing John McCain. That’s cause he will protect my legacy. He sat right here in the White House at lucnh and told me there would be no investigating into how we thought up going into Iraq. There will be no need to look backwords with ol John. He will protect my place in history. He is going to follow me to the White House because he is everything I need, and he is a fighter pilot, just like me. Course, I am a might bit better: I never got me shot down.

Washington Transcripts (What is really being said in DC)

This New York Times, its reporting on John McCain is just garbage. There is nothing wrong with John having his lobbyist friends. Hell, he is just a good Republican being Republican. John has always known what side of the electoral bread the good green stuff gets piled on. He was right in the thick of things, trying to help old Charlie Keating back in the eighties. Stood tall and got his hands slapped, noted for questionable conduct by the Senate and blamed by the damn press for causing taxpayers to shell out 4 billion to cleanup what they called the Savings and Loan Scandal. But let me be straight ahead on John: he was then and is now good with lobbyists and he will use those skills as our next President. He is going to follow me to the White House because he is everything a Republican should be, and he is also a fighter pilot just like me. Course, I am a better pilot; I was never shot down like he was.
