Now hear this regarding Chi/EWF single: MAJOR MARKET AC ADD FOR "YOU"‬‪WLTW-FM NYC!‬‪Note: There are several AC stations who follow WLTW's lead on music.  Perhaps they're bringing the tour to town for a benefit show.  I don't know.  But, watch the song now.  That was a HUGE add.‬‪ ‬‪Mike ‬ But, I'm telling you the WLTW add will be qn eye-opener.  Just wait.  If it's not, there's not much more hope for the song.  That's the number one AC station in America.‬ I'm as baffled as you are.  The record company can't understand it either.  There were no additional adds again this week among Mediabase tracked stations, although the song jumped from 44-41 on the airplay chart.  The song is going to have to cross over to another format other than Mainstream ACm which is the world's slowest format to add new music.  If the song can "get some legs" in Urban AC or Smooth Jazz, the ACs might take another look.  But, right now it doesn't look good.  You're actually working harder than the record company to get airplay.  Since they're selling the songs at each of their concert tour stops in exchange for cash and food donations, they're really not focusing on how many spins radio gives the song.  Hopefully, Bill's music will get a better reception next month...sorry, I'm trying!‬‪ ‬‪Michael W.
